Hitting needs to pick up for the girls on a consistent basis. Pitching was very solid this weekend against a very good offensive team.

If it hits the yellow, it is in the park. I had to watch it over and over. Our pitching is solid. We seem to be struggling with the bat. Im telling you, we have a chance to win it all. At this point its all about confidence and getting on a roll. No matter how much talent you have, there is always that 1% luck, hence the ball staying in the park. GO TIGERS

We played @ Kentucky in March and lost 2 of 3 games.
(L 1-3)(L 2-5)(W 2-0)
We played @ Tennessee in April and won 2 of 3 games.
(W 5-1)(W 7-4)(L 5-8)
Tennessee is the #5 seed and ranked #12 in the country. Kentucky is the #12 seed and ranked #24 in the country.
It's heading to the bottom of the 7th with Kentucky leading 4-3.

Crazy how this happens. Looks like Arkansas is the only really bad team in the SEC, and they didn't even make it.

It speaks more to how stupid the rankings are. They're good enough to beat good teams but they're also 5-19 in conference and on a 6 gm losing streak before this loss.

Vanderbilt doesn't even field a team and only had one less win than Arkansas in conference play.
