Does Beth know you need to win every game possible ?? Why start your #3 vs ranked team..poor performance thus far. I would bet anything this team will get beat in a regional AGAIN, teams are lining up to please please send me to BR

They play ranked opponents just about every game this time of year. You can’t run one pitcher into the ground and pitch her every game like they did in 1987. As a coach, you have to rely on your depth at some point.

For the experience, I suppose. This is kind of like the neighborhood sandlot game where ULL is the red-headed stepchild.

We are approaching the very back end of the season, the committee is gonna be looking especially at how teams finish the year. It does LSU no good getting bitch slapped in the name of 'experience' with a senior heavy team.
On top of losing our last 3 SEC series.
LSU will still get a good seed but if they really want the best possible road in the post season they can't be losing/not passing the eye ball test this entire last month of the year.

ULL is always a tough game for LSU! It is always their World Series when its played in Lafayette!
They are a good team and we can only hope that they win enough to keep them out our regional as a 2 seed
