Bell's swing wasn't great. Her power and hand speed were though. He's smart enough not to force elite hitters to change, so there's that.

You know even Yvette was saying it the first 2 games that Jaquish is expected to hit. She is walking but we have nobody that can score her. I wish she would start swinging away

Dobson has a very patient approach, we like to make pitchers throw but I think we get way too carried away and watch too many good pitches. We get put into major holes a lot with that as well

No it's not. You kill their confidence and make some minor tweaks and she'll be avg in no time
And no it wasn't bad, but she was very flat through the zone. No backspin on her hits but her power made up for it. She had the tools to overcome her flaws.

LSU could not have Sahvanna Jaquish on the team this year and our record wouldn't be worse. She will continue to be walked EVERY time until she graduates,

Perfect example of what happened to Doyle this year. Turned one of the most elite hitters into a passive swinger. Now she is below average with zero confidence. Very sad!
