That is one thing I like with Beth she always has a difficult out of conference schedule yearly. I saw later on we play Minnesota and I know they are good.

Wanted to tell you how awesome of a job you are doing. I did find out that 18handicap didn't go to Palm Springs this year as he's out of retirement coaching softball again and has a tournament in Houston this weekend. He always helped out with updates when he traveled out there.

Definitely, she isn't afraid to play the best which is awesome. We hosted OU before, played a series with Washington. Its really beneficial for this team later down the road.

Shelbi Sunseri is out of Santa Fe, Texas. Shes a top 30 player. Very good pitcher, she plays for Texas Bombers as well. Big time talent.

Tigerbait357, glad you're back, with your inside info, fill us in on why the staff has made little to no effort to get Dawson a shot? I was really expecting her to be a major contributor but it seems she will be used as a pinch runner and nothing more.

Actually Beth this past weekend gave Dawson two starts at 2B. Quinn was struggling at the plate, so Beth actually was very fair giving Dawson a couple of games.Quinn hasn't been a liability on D as of yet and she brings experience and leadership. Unless Dawson starts to make her case when given her chances I am not sure if she will see significant time this year.
Yes Dawson has much more potential but unless it translates in practice and in an actual game, it doesn't matter. Beth is giving everyone a fair opportunity. She is giving a lot of freshman time in the OF.
Beth is a person of character. No matter how talented you are you will not see the field for her unless you put in the work and show what the staff wants. Not saying Dawson isn't but that is a reason why some players over the years haven't seen time compared to others.
