International tiebreaker rule....they place the batter who made the last out in the previous inning on 2nd base to start the inning. This is done in tournament play like this to try to avoid realllly long games.

She couldn't really tell Doyle to sacrifice cause she's got 2 HRs but that probably would've been ideal.
