Softball - 6pm v AU. SECN+ and local 104.5 ESPN

Darn some of you are starting to act like the folks on the baseball board... seems like no matter what the players and coaches do, it isn't good enough for some of you. Some of yall act like you are God's gift to coaching, but you're not. We are a very good team and playing in the toughest conference. It's not a cake walk like some of you think it should be. Maybe we should all be cheering and supporting the entire team and staff and giving them the push to continue our great season. I'm tired of reading the same negativity from the same people...it's time to focus on being positive.

I thought pitching was good yesterday. Offense needs to be better. We hit the ball hard at times, it just seemed to never fall in the right places. Their defense made some spectacular plays. It happens. We will be fine, at this point our focus is to win the next two, do well in the SEC tournament and get to host a super.

Yes I agree with Tigerbait...we hit some balls right on the screws that they made spectacular catches on. I thought we had some bad luck...but we played hard and did a lot of things right. I'm going to put some eyes on the balls for tonight to get past their SS...lol

Wow. The sensitive one. I would love to see Corbello go out and throw a perfect game. But IMO, she ain't quite ready. She don't have the focus it seems, that the good ones have. I agree to disagree with the sensitive ones.

So let me get this straight, some of you are surprised that one of the LSU teams fan base has a "the sky is falling" complex? I mean, have you read any threads about the other good programs at LSU? The football team loses a game, they suck, the coaches suck. The baseball team loses, they suck, the coaches suck. It should not be a surprise that the ladies reached the very top of the polls, then once they drop a couple, or look bad in a W, the fans start on them. I just look at it this way, if they weren't so good, the there would be no threads for those type of fans to make these type of comments.
