IMO the decision has already been made. The game won't be played. Just how they wanted it.

Ignoring the issue is making a decision. Ignore it and it will go away. It matters only if LSU can win the rest of its SEC games. A tall order to say the least.

I like how LSU and Alleva gave every chance and every way to play the game, but it gets ignored, and we get tossed into the fire and they say no one would budge and we need to get together on this. bullshite

From the tone of the interview, the pathetic commissioner is still hoping the teams will be able to "come together" to work something out.

why do people keep saying this? This game not being played only helps Bama. Some scenarios:

1. LSU ends up 6-1, Bama ends up 7-1 -- Bama won't want the game to be played.
2. LSU ends up 5-2, Bama ends up 6-2 -- see above.
3. LSU ends up 6-1, Bama ends up 6-2 -- won't matter either way, LSU would go to ATL regardless if they lose to UForfeit.

The commish will lay the smack down eventually. If it really matters. At the last possible moment logistically.

THEY is Florida- not LSU.

I hope this decision isn't going to be made anytime soon. Any decision agreed on by LSU right now will not be good. The long this drags on the better.
