Adults aren't so quick with the profanity, not classy ones anyway. And what makes this thread so unique in comparison to the numerous others recycling the same thoughts? Finally, stop being so sensitive. You'll have lower stress levels.

What will the pumpers say when we fricking suck again? But we are young on OL, our QB still needs 6 more years to mature, we lost our leadership in Welter, blah fricking blah. I've defended Miles until this year. The moo state game showed me everything I need to know about Miles.

I've heard this on a few occasions already by some asserting why we may have some problematic issues next year.

That depends on how the coaches teach and develop them

People are prisoners of the moment. Fast forward to 2016

You have an uber talented and experienced QB in Harris.
A loaded backfield featuring LF in his 3rd year.
Elite talent at WR including Dupre and Quinn
An offensive line featuring Clapp, Brumfield, and Womack

A defensive line with seasoned guys like Godchaux and Clark
A stud MLB in Garrett and Beckwith possibly there too.
A secondary featuring Jamal adams and Kevin tolliver.

The program isn't falling apart but please continue to bash Miles because it's the flavor of the week.

Why? Why not 2015? Do you realize how much could happen in two years? I can picture Auburn fans in 2010 saying "Fast forward to 2012, we're going to run this shite."

I think the pumpers will graduate to the frustration level you and I are currently at. If he don't win next year, he gone.

And is really good and competitive in 2015? That by taking lumps in 2014 helped them develop and gain confidence. What will the rantards say then?

Depends on if the coaches actually help them DEVELOP and evolve into better players. We have seniors like Welter and Porter who have tons of experience but have not developed any further mentally or physically in the game, which is why they struggled individually against teams like ULM and better teams.

So a person can't dislike Les but still be an LSU fan? So you're one of those "I'm a Les Miles fan, not an LSU fan" huh?

You could have posted a similarly bright picture of this season:
Elite 11 QB and top dual-threat QB with the best QB coach and OC
Proven RB’s + LF7
Experience TE’s and Smith who will be a big threat in the passing game.
4 starters back on the OL

On D
DL returns both DE’s of which Hunter is a beast. Potential upgrade at DT from last year.
Huge upgrade at LB from last season per Chavis.
Best CB duo in CFB, Mills was impressive at S plus lots of talent to pick from at the other S.

We’re at no loss for talent now. Les has recruited his tail off. And there will be pockets of youth next year and the next and the next. Vain hopes that I can no longer buy into.

Where is the young team? The last two Heisman winners were redshirt freshman. I see a left tackle for Bama playing well as a freshman and young everywhere. The trouble is that the veterans are just not that good. We are loaded with linebackers who can't play a lick. More tight ends than defensive lineman two times over and say what you will Jordan Allen was a loss to the team.
Look at the 2012 class and you see players that were a reach from grades to injuries and long shot prospects. The SEC champ doesn't need to be taking on developmental maybes. The lack of productivity from the last couple of classes is a disaster. Finally why is LSU going over the country getting players of less quality than home grown. The truth is Collins, Sylve, Cameron, Dak, and on and on ad nauseum have taken a toll. It is much like the 1980s and '90s when schools were raiding the state except worse. Now they're going to our traditional rivals. The Good news is getting back to basics will bring back the championship caliber teams we've grown to expect and can happen fairly soon.
