So what happens if Florida loses to SC but beats Bama

Then LSU wins out? Is the SEC left out of the playoffs? Does a 2 loss SEC champ make it or does 1 loss LSU get in?

in that scenario, LSU would get in, CFP will be high enough to get in atleast #4

You just pointed out the idiocy of this ridiculous playoff system.

In what world should we want a system that rewards a team that did not win it's own division over a team that won the entire conference? Even if that team is LSU? Isn't this exactly what most here thought back in 2011?

Until this gets fixed it's just a different form of broken than the previous attempts at getting a champ.

FWIW, I think in your scenario LSU would get in. Makes absolutely no sense unless you're a fan of eyeball tests, but it's likely what would happen.
