So what did Miles say in the boosters meeting?

We're the quotes about him not coaching the bowl game just a complete lie? Were the quotes misinterpreted? Or is Miles just backtracking on what he said?

Basically that he's not coming back next year. And that he wouldn't coach the bowl game. It leaked out from some boosters most likely.

No he was quoted as saying he won't coach the bowl game. That is not twisting words around in my opinion.

He never said this was his last game and he did say as far as he knows he will see all the boosters before the bowl game

He did say that and he hoped to see everyone before the bowl game and that booster dinner. He will be back and most likely with a raise and extension

So Miles didnt say anything of the sort to anyone
He did NOT address the team as a final goodbye
He has not been fired nor has anyone with any credible connections stepped forward to say hes on his way out
