I feel pretty good about where we are. From here on out most of our tough games are at home (sans Kentucky) and the road games we do have are against the bottom dwellers of the SEC. As long as we take care of business against teams like Mizzou and AU, we should be in a great position come SECT time. We've got momentum and players who were slumping are starting to find their rhythm. Saturday could be the difference between a 5 seed and a 7-8 seed.

One thing I've learned in the SEC: No such things as gimme games. The SEC refs make everything into a slugfest, and LSU is always in those. I do very much agree we have played some of our hardest competition yet, but most teams in the SEC play WAY better at home

Can we please wait til every bracketologist has us in the tournament before saying this stuff?

We would have said the same thing about that awful MSU team last year that beat us.

This UGA team won by 3 at Mizzou

I definitely would not say the 2nd half of the SEC schedule for us in any easier, not to any significant degree anyway

This team isn't going to be a damn 5 seed.

10-11 seed

And most of the good teams in the conference that year beat the shite out of them.

Arkansas who is worse, beat the ever living shite out of them. Your point here?

I don't get what you're saying? LSU went to the SEC tournament last year, we were considered one of the good teams.

And my point is that they are capable team. Good? No. But they beat Auburn...who beat Kentucky...etc etc etc. We have no reason losing to them, but Mizzou won't just lay down. Great, Arky killed them. Besides that Arkansas game and an away game at UGA, they've been competitive in all their SEC games

11-11 play in game would be nice. play an evenly matched game before the 6 seed.

If LSU won Saturday and only lost like 2 more games the rest of the way, they could easily be that high. A&M will be top 5 when they play again, as well

Reading on the Rant I thought this team was 0-8. No Players can Play and no Coaches can Coach and the PMAC is a piece of crap!

SCAR isn't really good. Their OOC schedule was fools gold. I think they'll finish right at or just above .500 in SEC play. I think we lose to ATM though. Florida is at home and I feel we match up well with Kentucky. Their bigs are majorly fall prone and ours are super physical. I think we lose 2-3 mor SEC games from here on out. ATM and 1 we shouldn't like Arky or Tennessee.
