Get ready for but, but, but

We should be 10-2, we should score more points, we need a new coach, etc. etc.

I'm with you. I'll take a 9-3 season any day.

Yes about where we were picked to be by most folks. Some are still unhappy, myself included. Nobody wants to be second place. Here's some discussion on why it's still not good enough.

Still a good campaign overall.

You know how many schools would kill to have 9 wins in even two seasons? Yeah we are LSU but who gives a shite. We've improved since last year and thats all that matters. As long as it keeps going in that direction we are in good shape.

Capital One Bowl, here we come. Where you at Lions?

*****BTW, Thats a fricking awesome bowl! Just saying.

So were you even a fan in the early 90's when we were lucky to be 3-9?

The defense got better, and we stopped the INT's. Other than that, the coaching, play calling, points scored, big plays, excitement, player development, yards gained, and individual awards of players are all WORSE.

Who gives a flying frick? All you haters ruining LSU football. I can name almost 80 teams that would love to have 9 wins, be headed to the Cap One bowl to play Penn State, attend a school that has the best tailgate scene in the country and a stadium that packs 90,000 every game.

Enjoy it for what it is. The players are playing their asses off for us, we have more wins then we did last season, and we all know that where there needs to be a change, Miles will step up and make a change. Stop the bitch fest for a day and revel in what LSU stands for.

I know everyone wants to be the best every season but we need to have realistic expectations sometimes.

I wanted us to have a better record to but in reality 9-3 is not a bad record at all and i'm pumped about our bowl game.

Anyone who wants to complain go ahead then. I'm going to enjoy our season and root like hell for tigers to beat the crap out of the lions!! Geaux tigers!

+1 based on the talent of LSU. But still based on the situation. We finished right were folks picked us to be. As a matter of fact the top tier of the SEC about turned out like it was supposed to with exception of Georgia.

We went 9-3 in a down year. Well, hopefully 10-3. Anyone who is truly angry over this did not watch LSU in the 90s.

And I disagree that the players did not improve. I will also leave you with a thought - if LSU was consistently outgained in each game yet still managed to continually win... doesn't this say something positive about the quality of coaching?

I was a student during the Hallman years and student tickets were only 3$. Still not worth what i saw. The stadium was consitantly 70% full and people left early (like myself) becuase of the disgust associated with a 60 to 3 shilacking by florida. The alcohol started to fade at half time and by 4th quarter I was ready to throw up...
Believe me life is much better now.

I was also, so I guess that is why I get so disgusted with the new spoiled rotten attitude of either you win the NC or you had a shitty season of the younger generation.

No rational thinking will be allowed on this board. Our coaches all suck arse and the players could coach themselves to 9 wins.
