Interesting, since (I think) the "LSU fans smell like corn dogs" legend originated in Alabama. I would say that the legend is more projection than anything.

This is so pathetic. fricking eggs Benedict for Mississippi? Vegan for Florida? Hash browns for Georgia? I'm embarrassed by the sec right now.

Not really projection as much as the upper lip effect.

Eggs benedict is a popular gameday snack in the same sense that surf & turf is a popular dinner. I just have a hard time seeing eggs benedict being made commonly enough on gameday to be a legit option in this...

People in Mississippi do not even know what eggs Benedict are.

It started out from an OU messageboard where a guy made the story up about nebraska fans. A really clever AU fan took it and replaced nebraska with LSU.

Hilarious actually, that Auburn fan who wrote that piece about LSU fans smelling like corn dogs was really too stupid to know, or embarrassed to admit, that smell that was hanging around really came from his last "liaison" with his Alabama fan cousin.

It's probably a backfire. They spend so much time calling us "corndogs" in Alabama that the research bot probably interpreted it as them mentioning ACTUAL corndogs.

Congrats, Bama!

Well since it was an Aubie coed who supposedly started the corn dog shaming, that makes sense. What will Katie Perry do now that this has been revealed?

They all smell like Tiger Bait to me!
