That's because the only thing you are looking at is the record from Florida last year. Do you realize what Texas A&M lost from their team? What on Earth makes you think that A&M is going to be a better than .500 conference team?

I simply disagree with the statement that A&M is 'nowhere close' to Florida. I think most people would disagree with it.

We have a monster O-line, I'm confident. We will run the ball and control the clock. May not win big, but I think we get the win.

Couldn't agree more. This is going to be the game plan from the first snap until the last snap. The game plan could be very similar to the Florida game plan last season. Only difference being that Florida has good football players on their defense.

I don't. A&M lost 4 games with the "greatest player ever" and a beast at WR, and a talented O line. They're losing all of that and return a terrible defense. They will be a dumpster fire of epic proportions.

Well I think that A&M will be lucky if they can finish .500 in the conference. They should lose to LSU, Alabama and Auburn and then they have to play Ole Miss, South Carolina and Missouri. Any of those teams could beat them. And for their team this year, going to Mississippi State will not be a gimmie.

Good God, their defense was so bad. You're exactly right, they won't be putting up 40 something points a game to back them up this year either.

I hope you're right. I feel better about the A&M game than the Florida game this year, too.

Nobody 'makes' Les Miles throw.

They put 9 in the box, Les comes out with 2 TEs and a FB and runs the ball.

I have the feeling that even if LSU wins, this game is going to look like a B1G game and Tiger fans will go into panic mode. 70+ rushes for both teams with an average of about 3 ypc.

Fortunately I see LSU coming out with a win very much like the Iowa win - ugly, close, but never really in doubt.

With Senior leadership, Wisky has the makeup of a team capable of an upset. Without a proven QB, LSU has the potential to bust. But the talent gap here is more than Wisky's intangibles can overcome. LSU wins handily.

Senior leadership my arse. That defense is a shell of itself and they lost their top four receivers. If they give us any amount of a struggle, we got complacent.

We won against UF with no passing game. We won against Iowa with no passing game. Hill alone destroyed both of those teams. Our average defense stopped both of their run and pass games in their tracks. Wisky has an OL and run game, we have an OL, run game, and defense. shite if we gave them Dupre, that would be the best WR they have without even knowing the playbook.

but I think LSU can play smart enough to do one of those "keep-it-close-but-pull-away-with-a-late-rushing-TD-or-two" type games.
You just described almost every LSU game against a decent opponent over the past 4 years.

I expect a win but Wisconsin is definitely capable of beating LSU. I'm thinking sort of like the TCU game last year. We win but have some moments that are dangerous that could flip the game around.

People are discrediting Wisconsin. They have been really good in recent years. On paper, we should win, but there are many questions on offense. Defense is still young as usual, but we always reload there. It is very possible we have a team similar to 2011, with a subpar offense and an a great defense (we wont be nearly as good, but you get the idea).

If we minimize mistakes, we will win 27-21 or something similar.

i think they give us a game, but they are breaking in a qb also. It will get ugly if our d or st scores. Other than that i see both offenses struggling in the first game.

nvm i thought their qb last year was a sr. But still.

Has nothing to do with this year. Their QB and WR situation are even worse than ours is. Their OL was banged up all spring and apparently lacks depth.

They lost their entire front seven on defense from a year ago. They self-admittedly have major kicking game issues.

The Badgers are in a rebuilding year. They do not recruit nearly well enough to simply reload.

LSU should win this one handily.

Except for every game in 2011, Auburn 2013, Texas A&M 2013, Mississippi State 2012, North Carolina 2010. But yeah, other than that, every single game in the last 4 years.

Im seeing that the qb got hurt in the bowl game, and couldnt play the spring game becuase of a sore shoulder. they also had a juco transfer qb start 3 games at safety, who is in line to take snaps from stave if he cant get healthy. They are a shell of themselves.

Honestly, their fans are more concerned about the qb position than ours are.

so off. you're seriously not going to list ole miss as a possible L? how bout arkansas for that matter? i'd be surprised with a florida loss but aTm might be coming around by the time we play them too. wisconsin could go either way. i expect us to be able to run and win the game in the 2nd half, but they could have the lead at halftime if we struggle throwing in the 1st half like i expect us to.
