Yep - and I'm watching the game from my air conditioned, luxury box in lovely Ball, Louisiana.

If I were going to Tiger Stadium tomorrow, I would get an IV - just as a precaution. I survived a Mississippi State game in comparable conditions back in the day, but I was a helluva lot younger then.

I actually googled this. it's a thing. I'm not sure it's a real thing, but it's a thing.

Dang. I'll have at least three posters at my place in Ellic. You should come by.

Got this from a running site:

What is cellular hydration?
Cellular hydration is about getting the water to where it can be used in the body, the cell (not linger in the blood serum, plasma or interstitial fluid).

I've been smashing down water bottle after water bottle all day. I must be getting close to being hydrated at the cellular level, because I'm pissing like a race horse every 30 minutes.

Nothing can prepare for the hell I will put my body through tomorrow, but I figure if my headache can just be on the mild/severe level instead of the nauseating migraine level I'll be better off in the end.

If you have access to IV's, take one after the game not before. if you don't, going to the Urgent Care or ER before the game for precautionary measures is kinda silly.

All you fatties need to do is put down the Dr Pepper, Sweet tea and Mountain Dew for a couple days and drink more water.

I'd rather take a bullet than sit in that sun and heat tomorrow.

Apparently Western Carolina was the hottest game of record. Saban's first game in 2000. 97 degrees at kickoff. Tomorrow should be the second hottest.

I think so - game stats say that one kicked off at 11:30 and it was 79 degrees, and 74% relative humidity.

I was also at the Western Carolina game in 2000 and that was a hot mother as well, but I remember Mississippi State 2004 being more miserable, I think because of the time - 11:30 to 2:30 on a hot September afternoon - to the point where I said, "No more day games in September - no kickoff before 5:00p.m."
