We go 2-5 at best. It's Birmingham or Shreveport. Look how they're tiered now. The conference decides who goes where.

Why?

We traveled poorly the last two years. Why would anyone want us?

Plus the conference decides now. We going to Shreveport IF we're eligible.

Get a life, dude.
If u have enuf time to do all this analysis on something that has 100 diff outcomes, 3 months from now, you could do some good for society w all that time and planning. How about teeny' to predict who will play QB this c'mon' Saturday!
BTW it ain't the Advocare bowl anymore... It's duck commander bowl.

I can't believe any true LSU fan would attend the Birmingham "Gump" Bowl. I'd rather LSU decline than to go there.

The great thing about the playoffs is that there are no limits on the number of teams a conference can get in AND the committee is seeding the Cotton, Fiesta and Peach Bowls with the mandate that they create the best matchups. The SEC could have up to 4, he'll maybe 5 teams in the group of six. That'll move everybody up.

LSU/Texas in the AdvoCare Bowl in Houston. Remember where you heard it first.

LSU will not be In Shreveport for a bowl. If LSU is bowl eligible, someone will pick them wayyyyyyyy before the independence bowl gets to pick.

Based on what? We didn't travel to Tampa last year with a 9-3 team. These are things bowls notice.

And miss extra practices? We need to go bowling...no matter what bowl it is.

We have to win a few games first. Do u get a bowl 6&6? I agree with another poster, this year if we can only beat O'l Piss. I will be happy!

Bowls are all about money. The fact that we have not traveled well to the past 2 bowl games will impact where we go. I wouldn't be surprised to see the SEC head office send us to the Gump Bowl in Birmingham as a final "frick you" after this turd of a season.

We might actually have a decent showing if we get sent to Houston, simply because of the larger number of LSU alumni living there.

Ole mis and Bama is a split

How can you HONESTLY say that though based on our play so far? Are you just saying we will have a random fluke of a good game against one of them?

quote:
So is Arky and A & M.

Arky is going to destroy us. Our BEST chance at an SEC win IMO is against A&M. They are terrible at running the ball thank god

This is what gets me, I mean, i hope to god im wrong, and maybe things will turn around with Harris at QB...But the whole players meeting going on was not a good thing...it means things are bad when you call a meeting and they rarely get better...Again I hope for the best but this is just being realistic..

Bama is a loss

Ole Miss has a great defense and solid offense with playmakers, prob a loss

Texas A&M, will prob be a loss, but i think this is our closest game because you can run on them...albeit if they know we cant throw we wont be able to...

Arkansas is going to have a field day with us, that one may get ugly...they are playing really well (although record doesnt show it yet, they are very impressive) look for them in the future...

Kentucky is better, that one is a toss up....Just threw up a bit in my mouth saying that..

Florida is a toss up because their offense is just as bad as ours...

so you have 2 toss up games, maybe a 3rd win in A&M...Where are you getting these wins from to go 8 & 5?

and then some shite turd is gonna come in a say "well then why play then?" im just stating an opinion on a message board for crying out loud..

Im in Shreveport...sooooo the Indy bowl (while it would suck hard in terms of prestige), would be fine with me if our record is truly bad....7-5 or 6-6.
