As one who sat through 6 weeks of bar review classes, I can tell you that you will think of far less exciting things than LSU football before it is over.

Those were not happy days. At least you have something to look forward to while procrastinating.... all I had was the dismal end of the Curley era.

unless you are a girl who knows him personally, then yes, something is wrong

All I can think of is if you're in class and thinking about football, I pity the poor sob's who get you for a lawyer, if you pass!

I went to the first two weeks of the bar review class and then I just couldn't take it any more. I played golf in the mornings and studied on my own in the evenings the rest of time.

Passed the bar exam on the first go-round, too!

So, blow it off.

(However, that was 14 years ago.)

Give the poor sad sack a break... it's just a coping mechanism to get through hell. Now, if he is posting T.R. at the counsel table during opening argument, or entering gratuitous LSU football pics into evidence on your slip and fall... you might have a problem.

Dont take it for granted. There are always a few top 10% people who fail it because of arrogance.

FWIw, I think you could study the last 5 years of bar exams only and pass every subject.

Agree. Get the old tests and go through them. That's some of the best study material there. Torts is essentially the same every year and the Louisiana Procedure questions have been repeats (but I heard last year they changed them up a bit).

Speaking of the Braves, you know they've released Tom Glavine?

MM, you are absolutely correct. The year before I graduated, a student on law review conditioned the bar.

Also, make sure you study for and take every one of the exams. I know this sounds stupid, but a good friend of mine decided not to take one of the code tests because it covered so much material. He thought he would put the extra time into studying for the other sections. He failed one of the other test and conditioned the bar.
