Have never been prouder to be an LSU fan. From the Ortis family to Miles compassion I was moved to tears. As a father I can't imagine what that family has gone through. For the first time in my life I am praying for an LSU win for someone other than myself. I know the game is an after thought but hope a win can give the family a smile for their son. Touched by a family I never met. Humbled and will enjoy sitting with my son watching the game today. Do yourself a solid, during the game hug your kids and tell them you love them!

Of all the ESPN tear jerker pieces that's the first one to get to me.

I haven't cried since Afghanistan and I just lost it. It's amazing the little miracles that God puts in bad situations.

Wow. That hit hard. Les Miles is a lot of things, whatever you may think of him as a coach. But he is a fantastic man and I would rather no other person be the face of our program.

I have no idea how Les kept it together on camera while doing that piece. I wonder if he thought about Sal Aunese when he first heard about Sid.

I probably shouldn't have watched that at work. I can't imagine how painful this is for his family and I don't want to know...ever.

I was moved to tears as well. My grandsons are with me this weekend. We will be cheering the Tigers to victory together.

God bless Les Miles.

RIP Sid.

Watched it with my son. Thought about having to tell him he is dying. Messed me up. We both were crying. He is 11 and loves LSU. I hope if we win the family gets a shout out. Would love to be in that locker room today.
