No, the two that initially sold the wristbands to the Gate Marshals got felony theft. The gate marshals only misdemeanor summons for theft under $500.

Casey has a brother named Caleb (both post here actually). But the article says Caleb is 37, and Casey's brother is 4 or 5 years younger than he is.

I just got an email from a an old friend asking me if this was the Casey I knew. First thing I did was come to TD and see this thread going. Casey and I went to school together, and it's been over 10 yrs since I seen him. Sucks to see him again in a mugshot, but like others said- he was all about helping people out.
