why would he go anywhere else?

He tried the starter route with 4 stops in 2 years, none resulting any success. He returns to GB and does a great job.

He isn't going to get starter money again. Stay with the place that values you, and is a winning organization.

A no brainer really.

I wish the saints could have him as a back up. If you need him for a couple games, he has proven he can keep you in the playoff hunt. As a starter, I would think Minnesota would take a look at him. He has Greg Jennings, and Patterson for WR's and AP as a RB. Not alot of pressure on the Vikings QB. Hard to believe they suck so bad.

supposedly was bad enough they were talking surgery - his arm strength has been significantly affected since he went to Seattle

I've always wondered that. The guy is not going to the pro bowl any time soon, but he knows how to run an offense. He is every bit as good as Alex Smith in my opinion
