Which do you prefer?

What's the minimum score needed for a shutout win to still feel like a decisive victory (and wasn't just shitty football all day).

at least 17. A three-score shutout is pretty damn decisive.

According to the rant last night, 84-0 wouldn't have been decisive enough.

I think it takes a hell of a lot more discipline to hold a team down for 60 minutes so hard that they can't even make it into easy FG range once.

So I'll go with the shutout.

Etling 25/26 500 yards 6tds
Brennan 12/12 200 yards 2tds
Guice 12 rushes 200 yards 3tds

Would have been more satisfying for some.

I think any shutout win by two scores is decisive. Three scores is impressive. Anything over three scores is a blowout.

Hard to keep someone from getting into at least field goal range. Shutouts are harder to achieve than blowouts.
