Josh D coming back as a 6th year senior will be huge if the injury didnt set him back too much. Look for Collins to emerge. We have virtually our entire line back without t-bob. Who was arguably a liability. I believe the line weighs an average of 324 across the board. Our online looks to match up with yalls pretty well with about 7 lbs on y'all. (average).

Why don't people get that he just has to be slightly above average and we kill everybody
People say, "Yeah, that's what we thought last year," and I'm thinking, "exactly!"

We DID have slightly above average QB play (and sometimes slightly worse) for 13 games and posted the most impressive season in the history of college football. We had abysmal QB play in 2 games against the second best team in the country and still went 1-1 in those games, beating them on their own field.

Any QB who can consistently perform above average will make us the odds on favorite for the championship. An inconsistent QB who chooses the right games to have his bad days (like, say, Towson and Idaho rather than Bama and the National Championship Game) could be just a successful, but I really don't like sweating out the luck on that anymore.

return 4/5 starters. the offensive line was very good last year. they ran the ball against almost everyone they played, yet the didn't have a passing threat. collins will replace hebert, which is an upgrade.

Our O line was good enough to get us to a SEC Champ and an undefeated regular season playing a tough schedule, also..... Bama's Def. was the best in the nation... I believe our O line will be better this season and your Def. is not going to be as dominant... your question will be better answered when Bama comes to Death Valley for a reckoning!!

Not what I am hearing. I hear we had to go half speed all spring just to keep our offensive players from getting hurt. Rumor is that our defensive players don't even like each other much less the offense and other teams.

Saban talks to them through a cage.

you are really making my day after a horrible weekend!!

Actually, the OL is fine. What we need is an upgrade at QB and LB to win it all.

Are y'all stacked at reciever this year also.

Losing Randle is a pretty heavy blow. Beckham Jr. looked great as a true freshman, Jarvis Landry was raved about coming out of high school but yeah, its a question mark. Catchable balls could make a big difference though.

but we have Sunseri.

But Sunseri is compareable to TM only in the minds of you fricktards. As far as any other source (outside of your trailerpark)...it isn't even close.

So true but Josh D is back, hope he doesn't start.

Yeah Tbob was the worse and I don't know why everyone thinks he was a starter. I thought will blackwell was the starter the whole year.

He is just too small to be on the best LSU Oline of all time. I say this because I believe the starting oline will all be drafted eventually. Even PJ at center. williford, faulk, hurst and collins are Huge in every aspect!

I know you probably only watched us play 2 full games last year, but you realize we finished 22nd in rushing offense and averaged 36 points a game right? And that's playing with an abortion of a passing game for the latter half of the season.
