Pawls a good ole baw and would never do that. Skip might have let him have a piece of his mind if he previously didn't care for the coach. Looked like CPM was consoling their coach after he got his feelings hurt.
I understand why Reynolds was pissed. I also get why CPM has to not condone that type of thing from his players also. Reynolds should have just gave him a nice stare down and plunked the next batter. Don't see that much in college baseball though.

Sounds like some typical Tulane Greenie bullshite out of Riser. Sucks, Southeastern deserves better than that. Hammond isn't a great town, but the little corner where their ballpark is is pleasant enough.
I've been to a couple of games there (had a cousin that played for them), and a local home would always bring a big group mentally handicapped people to watch the games (heard they let them in for free, and the student organizations running the concessions would often donate hotdogs and cokes for them). Those guys enjoyed the hell out of watching those games, cheering for their Lions, and just constantly giving the umpires shite for no reason. It was really touching, and I've always had a soft spot for SELU because of it.

Exactly what tulane is famous for, starting with Rick Jones. Screw all of them. As for Reynolds, kinda like the spunk he showed; consider when is the last time we know that a LSU player cursed a HC like that?

Unless you're Mississippi State, and then you teach your pitchers to throw at the head of any batter that dares to play well against you, because in Starkghanistan, teenagers deserve brain damage playing a game well.

My issue is that SLU is down 5 or 6 runs late in the game. If you are going to pull a dick move like this, then do it in the 2nd or 3rd inning of a Baton Rouge Regional matchup.
