It would be a lovely way to cap off an undefeated season and go down as one of the best teams ever.

Yes, but it would not even be sporting.
I think what draws my ire the most is the media slobbering over a good team that play's no one, yet somehow is better than the rest that have actual tough schedules

Spot on post....the rest of these guys don't seem to understand how realistic of possibility a rematch would be!
Stanford will lose to Oregon,and Okie St will lose to OU IMO...no way the voters allow Boise to ruin a potential epic rematch!! It wouldnt shock me if a 1 loss Bama/LSU got the nod over undefeated Clemson either!
