One of these doesn't fit with the others...but he's a good guy so no harm.

The ones who are blaming this on talent I have a good idea who they are, they are the one's that were most vocal about wanting us to hire Johnny.

It doesn't matter, either way it's on Johnny. If it's abut talent he evaluates and recruits and if it's not he's the coach and leader.

I do think it's some of both but either way the talent on hand is underachieving and has for all but CJJ's first year IMHO.
