Spurrier, CLM, even Saban with his #1 recruiting class talent, just maintain offensive and defensive philosophy's and schemes that are outdated in the modern era of college football.

LSU needs to simply part ways with a Coach who's middle toss attitude of football does no justice to the talented skill players his young recruiters like Coach Wilson keeps delivering to Baton Rouge.

The LSU AD should follow the lead of Miss and AU and hire a talented young Coach from the Sunbelt like ULL's Hudspeth. Let's see what a coach who knows the state, is respected by the HS Coaches, and has excelled with inferior talent could do with the keys to the Farrari that is the LSU Football program.

The LSU AD won't do shite and should be on the hotseat himself if miles is still here in January.

What is Miles, Saban, and Spurrier's record vs ranked teams lately?

I know Saban has lost his last 3.

I am a big fan of Hudspeth.

However, I don't think he has the adjustment capabilities to be successful in the SEC. Rah-rah takes you only so far.

But hell, no one knew how Malzahn or Freeze would do as SEC head coaches, and like them, Hud has been a successful SEC assistant.

This may be pertinent, because despite those deluded souls who think Saban or anyone would give their left nut to coach LSU, we will probably be considering coaches like Hudspeth, for whom the LSU job would be a promotion.
