Looks like this may be the 1st time the alternate channels have actually been used. AFAIK, there was never a broadcast on either alternate last year so those who didn't stream had no access - good move by SEC Network & the providerproviders.

On DISH the game is listed if you scroll forward to game time tomorrow.

That seems to be a common occurrence, sometimes the game doesn't show up until right at game time.

Dish network is now listing the Alt channel as 404-02 and it is being broadcast. You can search it using Gamefinder.

I prefer Game Finder myself but Dish also has set up a college football information channel (149 on Hopper) with a scrolling list of all games.

My directv guide has the following on secn alt, channel 611-1, in high def

11am ut Martin at ole miss
3 pm. Se missouri st at Missouri
630 pm. Mcneese at lsu

I literally just got off the phone with Direct TV. They said it's something on their end but they're working on getting it restored.

I wanted to set my dvr, I'll be at the game and I always record the games so I just called them because mine said the exact same thing, SEC Alternate for hours and hours.

It would happen right at football season. Booooo
