“Les is so damn hard-headed,” the coach said. “He was determined to play smash-mouth football against Alabama last year. The best thing you can do against Alabama is dink and dunk, screen and draw, then choose your runs. You don’t play smash mouth against Alabama.

quote:

"You put a ceiling on yourself with about nine wins with that offense.”

quote:

Les is playing in two leagues. He thinks spring football is Arena Football League. And in the fall, he’s playing in the Big Ten. He’s playing in two leagues. One thing the offense ain’t gonna be – it ain’t gonna be different.

quote:

"says in the spring he wants to spread it out, throw it everywhere, line up in an empty backfield and trips. They lined up empty (backfield) 87 times in 15 days in the spring (of 2015). In the season, they lined up in empty twice. You see a lot of stuff in the spring, but in-season, they won’t do any of it.

This was posted a couple of weeks ago. Sounds like the SEC coaches have a point. Les knows how to keep his job. This was proven yesterday time and time again. Fire the OC every 3-4 years to give him time and act like he's making offensive progress in the spring, only to show everyone that it was false hope.

What will be the excuse this year?

That dog wont hunt anymore. The only way he keeps his job is by winning out and that aint happening.

Everybody blasted that coach. They said he was a disgruntled GA.

But how can people watch 5 years in just the Bama game alone, and not come away with the same synopsis of the situation?

It's baffling.

les' problem is simple---if you only have a hammer, every problem looks like a nail ... he has not broaden his view of football since playing for Bo

that's the perfect season for Miles

UGA had the guts to do last season what LSU did not. We really were spineless and soft when an easy buisness decision was needed.
