SEC can request the NCAA review and decide. The Elephanati said no.

We know. They can do what they want when they want. They let cleared Cam Newton less than a week after being busted receiving 250k.

Are we sure the SEC said no to this request? I saw the rule that allows it, has this happened yet? Why can't Alleva demand this request from the SEC?

Someone should file a FOIA request from the SEC offices.

Well, that'd be swell if the SEC and NCdoubleA$$holes were not the problem in the first place.

LSU will just have to win with White in the locker room for the first half.

Because LSU has no influence anymore in the SEC Office. Basically Alabama, Florida and Georgia run the SEC these days. LSU is on the outside looking in from an influence stand point. It is going to take LSU teaming up with the other schools like Vandy, Aggies, Mizzou, Kentucky, etc to break the Elephanati or LSU just needs to leave the SEC for another conference.

Didn't Alleva already make a request and the SEC said no?

Why can’t aleva go straight to the NCAA.
Surely the NCAA is embarrassed by this fiasco.

The SEC has to request it.

Like Blanco had to request the feds.

Once you request, you turn the control to them.

NCAA rules.

Conference has to initiate review at the national level.

If the SEC refused or if they did and the NCAA said no it seems this would be a story the sports media should have an interest.

Dean Blandino is the NCAA Officiating Director of Instant Replay. He would've been the one to review had the SEC appealed.

Blandino is a Fox Sports analyst as well. Our fans should be blowing his twitter up for any sort of comment regarding the call. Imagine if he were to disagree and how that would make the SEC look.

If that’s the case then we don’t want a review. Blandino is possibly the worst in terms of television ref commentators. I mean he is a flat out idiot.
