It was in July, same as this year. I remember because we were at the beach (and will be again this year). We have July 11 @ 1:30. July 6 is earliest I have seen. Anyone have something earlier?

You would have to figure most seats being bought up right now are people relocating. So they likely give up their current seats right now. So eventually seats open up as others are taken.
