Scholarships

First time poster, long time reader. Can someone explain to me how the scholarships are transferred year to year. For example we may have over 25 commits this year, do we have unused scholarships from past years or are we borrowing from next year or is there a max amount of scholarship players allowed on the team? We had unused scholarship left over from last year

You can sign 25 guys a class.but if the previous class didn't have all 25 guys make it on campus you can back count any EE to make 25. It is a very soft rule though. Only hard rule about college football scholly is only 85 guys can be on scholly at a given time
