Seasons start I'd have given him about a 5, for benefit of the doubt.
Now, after he has repeated mistakes he supposedly learned from, I'd say about a 3*
(* Would have easily been a 1.5 had he not retained Aranda, and would have been probably a 4 had he made it work with Canada)

its amazing the excuses youll make when you like the coach.
we had more than enough talent to have 1 loss or 2.
and youre just dismissing the easiest schedule in over 2 decades.

5. On the fence. Hated the hire when it happened because I thought we could do better. He’s done nothing so far to change my mind. He still has a chance if he can hit with this OC hire. I’m against MCMahon being the ST coordinator. He was terrible with the Saints. He’s been out of college football for over a decade and have no clue about his recruiting ability. Wish we could steal T Mac back from the NFL.

My confidence level that he will run the program into the ground is at a 10.
