In the pros he just never gave a shite and figured he could do the same stuff and get away with it.

Jimbo Fisher disagrees with you about JR being lazy at LSU and not having a good work ethic.
"I never knew that guy," Fisher said on ESPN 760, talking about the lazy player Russell has become. "His work ethic for us -- everything I ever asked him to do, he did. He was smart, he carried three and four play packages at the line of scrimmage." LINK

"He’s as talented a guy as I had, and he worked extremely hard for me and was fun to coach.’’ "The guy, for me, was wonderful,'' LINK

Obviously he was lazy in Oakland, but you are wrong to say he was lazy at LSU or didn't have a good work ethic. I think Jimbo Fisher would know better than you would.

Some Raiders fans will argue with this.

Wait, Marlin, did you just drop Keynesian economics theory in this? Which, btw, that's the wrong way to view it, but whatever floats your boat.

The majority of people pissed at JR aren't hoping for him to go broke. They, and me, are looking into the oh so clear crystal ball and predicting it. And he rightfully SHOULD be if he squanders all the money he HASN'T earned.

Also, don't drag your fricking political bullshite into this. Keep it on the poli board, where it belongs.

It's called morals and ethics. Look it up. I can't believe you even decided to put this in your pathetic rant. Yes, its his cash. However, he did NOT do the job he was supposed to do at Oakland. He was asked to do a job, he failed, and now has no NFL job, which he will regret (if he's any sort of man) in the future for sure if he really loves the money all that much.

Look, while he was at LSU, he did what he was supposed to. However, between the Alabama wearing fiasco and his absolute bomb and failure in the NFL, I have no sympathy for him.

So, gfy guy. It's not hope. It's inevitability.
