All I saw from the LBs who played in the last four games was bust arse effort. They weren’t perfect, but they made plays and improved so much from the beginning of the season. Baker doesn’t need to be “reset.”

Corey Raymond has separate lifetime deal. The coaches sure as hell did a lot with a little last few games with zero 5 star players, which makes me think we have been getting minimal effort from elite players last two years at least

Austin Thomas works for Woody and is like his proxy or acting GM in the football program. He was staying regardless. And Kelly likes Mickey Joseph, some Rumors that Micky wanted to offer Diggs from Rummel last year and O poo-pooed it and went for the 2 out of state guys who had higher stars. Mickey from my sources called Kelly and recommended him to ND, which Kelly took. Kelly was very appreciative of that and valued Mickey's ability to evaluate a kid and say he can play at the P5 level.
LSU should have offered him last year.

I kinda wish he would retain jones the way our defense finished the year. Unless he's bringing his own DC from Notre Dame

Kelly will be a big improvement over Orgeron as far as coaching goes. To bad he couldn't retain O as a recruiting coordinator.

At the very least Daronte deserves an interview.

I just hope everyone lets the proven college football coach make the decisions on who he keeps and who he doesn’t, and accepts them.
He will definitely make a mistake or two early on, but that is expected with the huge cultural change from ND to LSU. Plus realize some of the coach firing decisions are unfortunately out of his hands as Louisiana “politics” are always an issue.
