Really don't care if you were 'trying to be nice' after saying go frick yourself.

You probably slapped your wife this morning and then apologized over lunch. Get a fricking life.

I'm a little old for the sandbox, but those WERE the days. I didn't mean to offend you, it just sounded like you had anxiety about being wanted.

You just accused someone on a message board of being "slanderous." You're cool dude.

Ok this is the last time I'm gonna hijack the conversation, but that CHS team was very, very good. It's unfortunate yall met up in the dome with one of the best high school teams in Louisiana, ever. Opening kickoff, onside kick and it just pissed them off...

Ok back to topic.

Didn't that Catholic team have Warrick Dunn and Kevin Franhlin too? Yes, those were the best Catholic teams ever, IMO.

This thread was not started to imply that I wish we had Saban, or that I love Saban. It was just an observation based on what I saw and heard on Gameday. I love Les Miles, and this team we have. He's "our" guy.

we were simply talking about football, "Tombal" until started acting like your ex wife.....

Going on a rant about Catholic, with honors, 4 and half years, doesn't add shite to this thread. It was about Miles/Saban, not your academic "prowess."

And you get offended about a timeline?

On his first visit back to Louisiana recruiting for Alabama he told every HS coach he regretted allowing his ego get in the way of staying at LSU, Teri and his daughter loved BR, etc.

Nothing new.

Saban did what he was hired to do, but he never seemed very emotional about LSU when he was here and in fact seemed somewhat detached from the community. Contrast this with Miles who has deep community roots, can laugh at himself, and embrace his own quirks. I truly feel Miles is not only a better coach; he is a better person.

Yes, and all your exes are still inlove with you and lay sleepless every night in their beds with their current husbands secretly regretting their mistakes and longing for your touch.

Hard to figure what I have read here. n.saban's agent pimped him each year big time to NFL 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. He got more and more offers the better he and LSU did. After 2 years at Miami Dolphins he realized the next year was to be a disaster and thus changed his mind in a second to go to ala. because they gave him $6 million dollars when the going rate was $2 million, maybe two desperate entities they were. Seems like he chose to be John Edwards.
