Dang… I know he was a DB with a decent ranking out of high school and had multiple P5 scholarship offers (not sure if they we all commitable).
He was a nice DB to have without using up a scholarship.

He got a walk on offer. Actually got offered by some solid sec schools but decided to take the walk ok deal
Was supposedly going to get a scholarship. I'm sure that had something to do with him hitting the portal.

Ryan Robinson was a 3-star CB that surprised people by walking on at LSU, rather than taking a scholarship at a school like Oklahoma State. I believe we saw him taking some reps as the #3 FS alongside Austin Ausberry in the Spring Game. But with Matthew Langlois set to return from injury and Joel Rogers arriving on campus this summer, I believe Robinson knew that the time for "betting on himself" at LSU had come to an end.

Yeah I remember him but OAN I think Langlois is out the door. Nothing against him I just see the players like freshman brought in and Gilbert.
