He was also asked about his draft prospects..."I don't make those decisions. I'm not trying to say I'm the best player in the country or anything like that. I've been through a lot and people would say I've got a lot of baggage. It's all going to come down to whether I can lead an NFL football team and I think I can. I definitely think I have the ability to do so."
I really hope he straightens out and has success in the NFL

Good luck w/ that.
Jax State? 4th round, at best. And I'm probably being generous.

ETA: I think 3rd-4th, unless he really shows up the other QB's at the combine and some GM falls in love. Could be a 2nd rounder

I hope these comments are being honestly stated and I hope that he is successful in his life after college football.

Since his first couple of appearances where he bombed, Ryan has always said the right things. Go back and read, he's a pretty sharp kid who knows how to BS and say the right things.
He is going to impress NFL guys with his athletic ability, and he will impress front office guys with his interview.
One guy said he won't get drafted...funny stuff.

If he stays away from The Varsity he should be fine...

As far as I know, Flacco didn't have any character issues.
That being said, I'll stand by my prediction. I will say, however, that as a 4th rounder, talent-wise, somebody's going to get a steal.

i'd be willing to bet perrilloux has a better NFL career than jamarcus russell winds up having ..

You Sir are delusional. He has been suspended twice since he arrived at JState

I agree with the statement ..... but the issue is why has the offensive stats keep getting worse and worse over those 2 years....shouldn't they be improving some????????

He's right....if Lee would've been any good, but he's not and we had to start over again.

nah .. you just fricking hate him because you feel like his getting kicked off of the team directly led to last season's flop .. if he were still at LSU, went 10-2 last season and 11-1 this season with us in the hunt for an NC, yet les had to suspend him twice in that time frame, you would be singing his praises and calling him the next donovan mcnabb ..

Good for him. What else should he he do? And he's right. Plenty teams have sophomore QBs and are just fine.
