I was at the game, and his performance needs to be applauded by this forum. It sure did hurt to see him not get the win.

He was very good. IDK about outstanding with only 1 K and letting the leadoff hitter on base almost every inning. He did keep fighting tho which i applaude him for.

I wouldn't say outstanding... MSU missed some huge opportunities early and he had control issues at times

I think I can count on 1 hand how many 1st pitch strikes he had. Was working behind the count all game long. Multiple runners on 4 or 5 straight innings. He did a good job of working out of trouble, but he was definitely not outstanding.

Had a 3 up 3 down inning in the seventh. We win if he pitches the 8th

Cotton pitched the 7th/8th

Eades walked 4, hit a batter & gave up 4 hits in 6 innings w/ 1K

I would like to ask how many runs has Eades given up his last 2 starts.

he was off and didn't have good control. you are blind if you think he was outstanding. now that i have pointed out reality, i must add HE BATTLED HIS arse OFF and, along with his teammates EXCELLENT DEFENSE, they kept state off the board. his whip must have been between 2 and 3 and his k to walk ratio was awful. but he deserved to win and the bullpen along with 8 consecutive scoreless innings by LSU did him in.

Sometimes outstanding is not measured in stats. He battled enough to get the "W".

He did good. Got out of jams. But was LUCKY!

Kept his fastball high. 4 hits 4 walks. He lived on the edge but made the pitch he needed when he needed to

Eades
