Odd thread... But I do remember that group of running backs. We got all five and tiger rag (I think) labeled them the fab five of course. Five great high school backs, each from a different state. Moore-Miss, Davis-Bama, Toomer-Georgia, Butler-LA, Johnson-Texas. Only butler and Toomer stayed at lsu. I think Johnson (who was the best of the lot) was kicked off and the other two transferred. Ahhh, thanks for this flashback to the good ole days of Curley, Hafner, and Bugar.
