We didn't always operate out of the shotgun.

The OC called more than a run off guard with a slightly delayed handoff. A misdirection would be wonderful now and then. Even a Jet would be nice.

If we ran more run schemes than Duo and Inside zone, plus could actually block

If you have a wagon, it doesn't matter. Orgeron has admitted that we basically had one running play last year. Think opposing defenses didn't know that?

If they had a real running back coach, Faulk is a great guy and an LSU legend but I’m not convinced that he’s that great of a running backs coach.

RB’s are fine.

Oline is the issue.

John Emery is an NFL back, he’s needs space though

What does a good running backs coach do besides recruit great running backs?
Who was Faulk's running back coach in HS, LSU, and at NE. I guess Faulk was very fortunate that he had great running back coaches throughout his football career.

The running backs would be better if they must learn to quickly pick up a block, run good routes and catch the ball.. Making defensive players account for them makes the offense better.

Do you remember how good of a player Kevin Faulk was, at every level? He could run, catch, block, and return kicks. You geniuses think he doesn't tell these kids every single trick of the trade in the book?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.
Especially a jet every now and then.... Not like Canada though.

But I thought “Brady’s” offense was so complex?
