No room for reasonable open-mindedness here, brother.

Robert Smith is another Skip Bayless. He has backed Bama all season and is going to stop at nothing to maintain he was right. ESPN is full of douches. Any logical and somewhat bright football fan understands AJM isn't as good as JL. Maybe in a few years, but JL has a 14:1 TD to Int Ratio. I think most would take the Senior over the Sophomore.

It's clear Smith expects Bama to win. So does Mandel. So does every sportswriter that projects Alabama into the BCSCG. None of these guys will say or write anything that will appease our fan base until LSU beats Bama.

Realize and acknowledge this and the next two weeks will be tolerable.

what a tool, he said the same thing before the bama game, after lee had a great game against auburn saying "it was just auburn" and then Mccarron comes out and throws and INT and looks terrible the first half

then he says it again, what a tool

But Robert Smith never makes a compelling argument.
He opens his mouth and exhales stupidity. Its because of jackasses like him that ESPN has the resume` of everyone who talks sports under their nameplate these days.

smith is trying to find any reason whatsoever to give bama the edge.

He's started to remind me of Trev Alberts

Prior to yesterday i never listened to a single second of anything Robert Smith had to stay. So I watched the BCS show last night, and listened to his argument on why he had Stanford ranked 3rd instead of OSU. I again will never listen to a single word he has to say. He is a fricking retard.

Robert Smith is a tard. He's just regurgitating what his boys at ESPN are saying behind the scenes. No original thought coming from that fleshbag. No insight, arguments, no nothing.

For some reason the ESPN company line is "BAMA is better than LSU." So Smith is just plugging away at it.

I think any rationale person would assume most espn experts are picking bama to win because they are playing at home. Most acknowledge both teams are about equal

I'll let the game on the 5th help me make up my mind. Which one will handle real pressure better. We've already seen JL do it over the years, with varying degrees of success or failure. JL has stood in the pocket against big-time SEC defenses and delivered game-winning throws. I haven't seen AJ have to do that yet. For that matter, JJ has also delivered the goods with intense pressure right in his face. I respectfully give LSU the edge at QB, notwithstanding the opinion of Roberta Smith.
