take him out and McCaron is forced to throw which totally elates me because with the corners we have should pretty much be a pic 6 party.

or just let maze throw the rock

I agree. LSU needs to put this game on the QB. If they are successful, they should win.

Him and stinky at tight end are the only 2 difference makers on that offense. Maze is good for a 30 yard catch here and there but he doesn't worry me

yep, listened to Joey Galloway today on ESPN talk about Richardson was a man among boys with how he ran on LSU the first time, made me mad, but I kinda agreed because the guy is that talented, but this time around we need to get to him quick and put hats on him.

He had a good game and put up yards but he certainly didn't dominate. Sure people can pick at the word "dominate" but he wasn't exactly taking over the game

LSU did a great job on him the first game from a rushing standpoint. We need to do a better job of accounting for him on passing downs.

Yeah he was wide open out of the backfield a few times... Gotta fix that

Hatcher and Francois missed some big opportunities on him in the first half, and he got some nice gaines. I think we'll control his runs, its the dump-off-game that gives us fits. Trent in space is not a good thing for the other team.

The back up running back is not a scrub.

Bama will attempt to pass to Trent in the flats. they have done it all year.

I saw that too. Convenient that he left out TR's stats for the second half however.

My memory is a bit foggy but what were his stats for his heisman overtime moment?

Melvin - that is the best sig pick I've seen here
Posted on 12/9/11 at 5:44 pm to tubucoco
Maze is dangerous and we will have to stop the short passing game to Smelley

duh

You're right, but it's a beast of a weapon. I think he is the best rb prospect since AP.

Maze is dangerous
as a wr he is no Julio Jones, and with McCaron throwing to him he should be easily neutralized with Mo Clay covering him.

Trent is their only weapon and we will be keying on him every play. Even if our offense can't do much, we win this game because of our defense scoring and special teams.
