Don't be surprised if Rice is sent to Baton Rouge as a No.4 seed. The Owls qualified by winning their conference tournament. It's the only way they got in.

I've read that U of H will be in the Baton Rouge regional. No way they'll put another team from that city in the same regional.
My guess is the other two teams in Baton Rouge will be a SWAC winner (for #4 seed) and MAC winner (for #3).
