How does BAMA have the tiebreaker if LSU wins out and BAMA drops a game?

Try reading. The OP made no mention of Alabama losing a game.

Not by LSU. As usual, BAMA is built to beat LSU. I don't think they're good enough to win it all.

I've accepted that BAMA is a bad match up for LSU, just like a good no huddle, high up tempo team is a bad match up for Alabama.

Bama is built to beat LSU and it's his #1 priority. It's funny how everyone hates that Miles won't adjust his scheme, but on the other end, Saban won't adjust his either. It sucks, but it is what it is. Going to need help to get in the SECCG but it's not impossible.

11-1 is a damn good season. ...and people want him fired for seasons like that because he can't beat a once in a generation coach. But it's obviously not good enough at LSU.

Good luck giving the reins to Alleva hiring a coach that would do better. They fire Miles. It'll be a decade before they find someone who would do the same thing. LSU is not immune to finding the wrong coaches.

People like you don't understand that it's not the loss. I can take a loss. It's how we are losing and the refusal to make any type of adjustments what so ever. Do you know what the definition of insanity is?

Miles was laughing in the 4th quarter. I don't think any tiger fans were laughing. Miles is content winning 9-10 games a year until he retires.

So what if he was laughing. It was a funny moment. So we should get rid of him because of it?????? Btw I am sure that miles would love to have 10-11 wins every year. You think you could do a better job?????

Do you know, or do you just imply inaccurate quotes?

Well said. Finally somebody with some logic and sense makes a post about Les Miles and a coaching change.

I don't agree with Miles' style and think his system has plenty of deficiencies, many of which were exposed Saturday, but he isn't going anywhere. The man recruits too well and continues to put a Top 20 program on the field. Of course LSU isn't where they "could be", but the athletic department has proved many times that they are happy with where we are at. As long as the cash flow keeps rolling in, Les' seat will stay perfectly cool.

I'm just gonna say this. When peej is the voice of reason, you frickers complaining so much should be ashamed of yourself. He'll let you know when it's time to abandon ship.

First, you are somehow trying to make winning 9-10 games a year as a bad thing. Holy entitled fricking attitude.

Next, have you ever coached any high level sport before? You're complaining at him laughing. Have you ever coached at a HIGH level? Do you understand sports psychology? While amidst a serious arse whipping that it is apparent you have no chance at winning, it does no good to scream. What was he supposed to do? Call Harris over and say "listen you dumb frick. I know you were running for your life, and while being spun around by that 300 pound lineman you threw it to the guy in the LSU uniform trying to make a play. You're a fricking idiot. Don't try so hard again." Then go to Hawkins and rip him a new a-hole? "You fricking idiot. How dare you try to catch a ball that was thrown at you and then try to turn upfield and gain yards to help your team??? Next time, do like we do in practice when we spend the 2 hours a week of our 20 hours working on the ever so common qb-gets-spun-around-while-trying-to-make-plays scenarios. Bat that shite down so we don't get a penalty."

I swear. I have no idea why some of you guys aren't making lots of money a year coaching ball.

The "you couldn't do any better if you were coaching" or "why aren't you coaching division 1 college football" response is the most pitiful comment to anyone questioning Miles or any other coach for that matter.

No shite he couldn't do any better and no shite he isn't coaching division 1 college football. The 126 division 1 football coaches perform an extremely unique, tiring, stressful, and intense job. It doesn't matter if it's LSU or KU. Very few people are capable of that job. That doesn't mean fans, alumni, season ticket holders, students, and those interested in LSU forfeit the right to question the abomination of coaching that was Saturday night.

If they are not good enough, but you thought we were?
I don't think we were are good enough because of Kevin Steele. Sooner or later you will learn. Our defense will get worse, before it gets better. Steele will destroy everything that was great about our prior defenses. The longer he stays with LSU, the more damage will be done. That is a promise. Think 2008 or worse. It's coming.

The only problem with your Saban argument is that he knows they can have one loss as long as it's not to LSU. He can lose to Ole Miss every year or Auburn or whomever has spread and uptempo offense. He knows that 9 outta 10 those teams will have an extra loss along the way, which puts the LSU game for all the marbles. And here we are.

Without Bama loosing another game...

LSU 1 Loss
Bama 1 Loss

Bama > LSU

Had Ole Miss not lost to Arky, it would have come down to final rankings right?
