Reading comprehension is not your strong suit, I see. I clearly said “ include the ~100 years that this state poured millions into your school’s sports, including baseball.‘.

Tell me in what yer did the TAF became so wealthy y’all could forgo state funding?

Then subtract all the years from the school’s founding up until that point.

The facts are this state has paid millions in athletic funds to you.

2021 Alabama made it in with 12 wins. They won twice in the SEC tournament so I am sure that played a part in it.

I think LSU focus at this point is to worry about making the SEC tourney

Or just win an SEC series

The Louisiana taxpayer CONTINUES to pour millions of dollars each year into your little pitiful school's athletic department. Even your football program loses money.

What do you have to show for it?

Deflection, deflection, deflection. That’s all you have.

Not a deflection, just the facts.

You brought up how much money taxpayers spend on LSU athletics so stop with your whining.

And you had to qualify your point by adding a "100 years" statement. Sad.

FWIW, when was the last time any athletic program at your sad, little college won a national championship? In any sport?

. Has there ever been times in the past when say 12-13 SEC wins has got a team in?

We were 13-17 in '21 and made it. Also went one and done in Hoover. It's not an automatic DQ but it's not a given.

Wrong. The LSU Athletic Department receives NO state funding, unlike all the other Louisiana colleges including USL. LSU’s athletics is 100% self supporting.
Sucks to be you.

Okay but let’s not pretend it has always been that way. How about those sweet dorms that conveniently have a football field in the courtyard area.

To get to 13 prior to the SEC Tournament we have to get 10 wins out of the next 18. I think that is possible if we can somehow get to playing up to potential.

Exactly.

On the one hand we are the devil for taking the state money now (which is virtually nothing these days) but on the other hand he could care less about the many DECADES that his school did the very same thing….only for much, much more money.

Very sad.

I don't think that is going to happen

I bet we make the SEC Tournament next year.

I agree. It's doable.

But, IMÒ, we need to structure our rotation around matching up our "2-game" best pitching vs out opponents worst.

UF and Vandy did that for us.

UL fans would love to see you at the Tigue. But our hopes you make it that far are not very high, TBH.
Pathetic and pitiful Southwest Louisiana Junior College freak hanging out on an LSU message board.
