When do these go on sale, and what is the best way to get some?

after sites are announced, theyll go on sale to season ticket holders for about 3 days. after those 3 days, theyll go on sale to the general public.
best way if youre not a season ticket holder is to call ASAP the first day after season ticket holders days have ended.
example, theyll announce sites on a sunday
season ticket holders usually have from the following monday-wednesday(i think)
after that, general public can get them

considering the game will be at Stanky Field i'd guess you'd have to contact the USA ticket office
