I feel like if we could have gotten Chris Jackson back for this season, it would have saved us, he is better than Gray even at his age, we should have tried to get him

Well, they also were competitive in all of their losses except the most recent Tennessee game. That was our only double digit loss and it was pathetic. So overall, LSU has been a very competitive team (even with losing to the bad teams).
At this point, it's 50/50 to get in the tournament. There shouldn't be too much shock either way when you have losses to Tennessee and Auburn (non-winning teams) in two of your last three games.

Mickey and Martin lol, one of the worst 1st team sec selections. NBA ??? thats laughable ... These guys need there College scholarship big time !!

At this point how outraged can any fan with a modicum of basketball knowledge be ifwe are left out?
We are the laughing stock of college basketball talking heads today. That shitfest of a "performance exposed an overmatched coaching staff who could hardly do worse if they were trying to throw the game.

The team is inconsistent, but Mickey led the SEC in rebounding and blocks and was 3rd in FG%. Martin was 3rd in scoring, 3rd in rebounds and 4th in FG%. It wasn't that far-fetched.

Mickey is a great defender , but takes some bad shots at the worst time in the game.
Martin has flashes of goodness , but needs more coaching and college play to refine his game.

I hope we get in, and based on our track record of playing better as the underdog, think we might actually get to the round of 32. But it would be a good lesson for this team if they're left out, and it may make a couple of guys think twice about leaving for the NBA.

But our resume is better than ionas. Just because youre pissed at our team doesnt mean we dont deserve it.
I cant believe how many fans are shitting on the team and hoping we dont get in. You know why oher teams are behind us?? Because we have had a better season than them and every other bubble team has shite the bed as well which is why they are bubble. Because we have no emotional attachment to those teams we givr them a pass for shittng the bed while shitting on our own program.
Indiana lost to fricking eastern washington.
ucla barely scored 30 against uk
Now people cant help themselves but shite on our first team sec guys

Oh, I agree that they could both improve and aren't really ready for the NBA. I'm just saying that as far as SEC play goes, they were pretty deserving looking at their stats.

We lost 4 games to the 3 worst teams in the conference, 2 at home & 1 on a neutral court. UT, an average at best team, blew us out on our own court. Our HC says "in hindsight, we should have fouled" rather than letting the best player on the court get off a 3 point shot with 8 seconds remaining in the game. Our point guard was "not aware of how much time was left on the shot clock" late in the game & only 6 seconds showing. If the committee chooses not to put LSU in the NCAA's, the team has no one to blame but itself & the HC.

Bama alum or not, I think Davis is fairly objective. This team's inability to shoot FTs and a terrible coach are to blame if we don't get in. We let a 15-19 beat our butts twice this year and let's not forget Missouri.

LSU has been an enigma this year. Beat Arky lose to Miss State. Bipolar and inconsistent. Hope they make the NCAA but would not surprise me if not
