I would like to get a standard of expectations for lsu each year. Are our expectations to be in contention for the west title each year? Also, are 8 or 9 wins sufficient each year? I've finally got it in my head finally not to question the coach for not being creative or being able to adjust.

8-9 wins is the exception under Miles, not the rule. Looks at our records and stop trying to change history.

My expectation is that we are in the conversation for championships each year.

I think every LSU fan best hope Brandon Harris reveals himself to be the QB we all believed him to be and captures the starting QB job going into 2015.

No reason this team can't win 10-11 games next year

I am thinking 10 or 11 as well. However, some fans are content as of now. I just don't see the improvement at the qb position. We have the talent. I don't have faith in the face of the program.

no one is content, but most people aren't about to run Miles out of town when we had a down year.

We had a down year, and a lot of other school were up.

As long we get consistent top 5-10 talent, then we should compete every year. I expect our coaching staff to maximize the talent we have.

10 or more wins a year. Anything less is acceptable only with a victory over Bama.

Obviously not. If that were the expectation, we would have had a coaching change by now.

More than sufficient. Unless you accomplish the near impossible (for LSU) and have a losing season every year like Curley Hallman, or have a psychological breakdown like Gerry DiNardo, 6-7 wins a year will earn you about $700,000 each for as long as you want.
