no brandon taylor? No olinemen?

Nothing against wr, but they are a dime a dozen and you dont need good wr with good qb play.

Now you need good linemen, and it helps to have good safeties.

We saw it last year when b taylor went down, and we had great safety play from both of our bcs championship years.

Hello, Rip Van Winkle...glad you are now awake. I have a lot to fill you in on since 2008. His stats are not overbearing, but they are solid...as good as any SEC qb. Lee is talented. He's not some Jamie Howard. He was a 4 star recruit out of Texas in 2006. He is, without that awful thrown to the wolves 2008, a damn solid qb and he's leading this team. My list said nothing about talent. It's about the "best" 1-10. I suppose it's a list that is about who means the most to LSU? In that case, he might be 2-3. Give the guy credit. This is not an NFL prospect list. As for the other guy's comment about Ware being high...how you think this team does without Ware and Lee? I think we'd be 5-1 or 4-2. Both players man that much. Ware is a stallion. He's not flashy, but he wears defenses out and Florida, minus Trent Richardson, would have picked any other RB to play against but Ware. Let's also remember he's going to throw a pass soon. I think he'll do it vs. Auburn. He's a helluva rounded back.

If you actually believe what you posted, then you need baker and taylor on ur list. Tell me where would we be without those 2 guys? The 2 sr leaders on d.

Who's the best overall Tiger?

1. #7 Tyran Mathieu
2. #1 Eric Reid
3. #17 Morris Claiborne
4. #99 Sam Montgomery
5. #49 Barkevious Mingo
6. #18 Brandon Taylor
7. #12 Jarrett Lee
8. #11 Spencer Ware
9. #2 Ruban Randle
10.#33 Odell Beckham, Jr.

I can't believe Mingo not mentioned. Sam Montgomery and Barkevious Mingo are the main ones that give QBs problems.

Anyone that doesn't have Wing in their top 10 is clueless.

That is really hard to do... I never thought about our team that way. Much Kudos.

As far as people playing the best right now, you have to like.... pretty much everyone

Nearly every player on our defense (except a couple of LBers) and even their backups are going to the NFL, then on offense you have 6-7 future pros, yet Lee is on there when he got beat out in camp 3 years in a row?

Care to make a wager on Lee getting drafted, b/c he will big guy. Many would say he's been the best QB here for a while, but the coach pencils in the starter. If it weren't for Lee we'd be barely winning games like last year and we'd have false starts and a clueless leader running our O.

I think Stampley is highly underrated. I would def. have him in the top 10.
