Anthony Ranudo simply superb

Ranaudo is on fire in Triple A for Boston.

Overall 9 - 4 with a 2.35 ERA.

6-2 and 1.45 ERA in his last 10 starts.

He will be in the big leagues very soon.

He did shutout the Durham Bulls (fellow Tigers Mahtook and Fontenot play for them, but Mahtook, who is also on fire - batting .317, took the night off).

He's close and he could bump someone in Boston rotation or he could be valuable trade bait to bring in a veteran but since playoffs are looking bleak it would be hard to give up a prospect like that

Awesome!

It will be great to have another Tiger pitcher in the bigs.

will be nice when Ranaudo makes it. Then our dual aces from the 2009 championship team will be in the bigs.

And hopefully Mahtook makes it as well

Yes, and Ranaudo and the Red Sox could face off against Gausman and the Orioles.

That would be TV worth watching!

You're also forgetting about Lemahieu. He's been starting for Colorado all season and been in the majors for a couple years now. Schimpf was recently promoted to AAA a few weeks ago, however, Mitchell was demoted to AA. Think it's safe to say Mitchell may be done. Ochinko is in AAA but was suspended for steroids. Gibbs is still in AA.

I wouldn't expect anything less from the National Pitcher of the Year.

He's referring to Austin.

Aaron did have a solid first outing in Low-A ball, though.

He is on track to start season in 2016 in Boston. To many arms ahead of him now. Could change if Lester does not resign with the sox.
